PURPOSES AND LEGAL REASONS OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA, THE METHOD OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASON AND PERSONS OR INSTITUTIONS TO WHOM YOUR PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA CAN BE TRANSFERRED FOR THE PURPOSES CITED BELOW;

Pursuant to the Law on Protection of Personal Data Nr. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the relevant legislation, we, the undersigned, as Vakıf Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. acting as Data Responsible for the purposes hereof, your personal data will be processed for use in all kinds of products and services that we may offer under the Financial Leasing, Factoring and Financing Companies Law Nr. 6361 and other legislation, the establishment of the Leasing Agreement (s), establishment of all kinds of agreement’s collaterals, agreement’s fulfillment and amendment when needed, and to perform any kind of work and transactions that need to be fulfilled within the scope of our Company's activities, your personal data collected verbally, in writing, via electronic media or via other legal methods may be processed in the manner specified in the KVKK Compliance, your personal data that is processed can be transferred to public institutions, boards and organizations, real and legal persons and group companies for the purpose of reporting, information, auditing, evaluation and other obligations stipulated by the authorities in accordance with the legislation of our company / main shareholder / partners / subsidiaries and can be transferred to the banks and other real and legal third parties that we act together, receive services and cooperate to carry out our financial leasing activities,

YOUR RIGHTS ARISING OUT OF ARTICLE 11 OF KVKK;
According to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to apply to our Company;
a) To learn whether your personal data and information are processed or not,
b) If processed, to request information in connection therewith,
c) To learn the purpose of processing and whether such data are used for the intended purposes or not,
ç) To learn the identity of third parties who received such data at home or at abroad,
d) If your data are underprocessed or misprocessed, to demand correction of them,
e) To demand deletion/destruction of such data under the conditions specified in Article 7 of KVKK,
f) To request notification of transactions effected pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) hereinabove to persons to whom the data are transferred,
g) to object against a result obtained in disfavor of you due to analysis of such data solely via automatic systems,
ğ) if you incur damages due to processing of your data in violation of the laws, to demand indemnification of your damages,

We would like to inform you that you can send all your requests and complaints to our Company in writing with the Personal Data Owner Application Form on all above issues.
